1. Introduction
Welcome to Chat Stories (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and conditions for using our mobile application.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
Chat Stories provides fictional stories presented in a chat-style format.

Payments are handled through third-party platforms such as:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
We do not store or access your payment card details.
Subscription pricing, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are managed by the platform where you made the purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before confirming payment.
6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
Your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your app store account settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Subscription benefits may include access to premium stories, ad-free experience, credits, or other paid features depending on the plan.
7. Refunds
All refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.
For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
For Google Play Store purchases, refund requests must be submitted to Google Play.
We do not directly control platform refund decisions.
8. Story Content
All stories, characters, names, messages, events, and situations shown in the App are fictional unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any similarity to real persons, places, businesses, or events is purely coincidental.
The App may include suspense, horror, emotional, romantic, dramatic, or fictional situations that are created only for entertainment.
We do not guarantee that all content will be suitable for every user.
9. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree that you will not:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Copy, sell, redistribute, or reproduce App content without permission
Attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App

11. AI-Generated or Assisted Content
Some stories, images, descriptions, or other content in the App may be created or assisted using artificial intelligence tools.
AI-generated or assisted content is provided for entertainment purposes only.
We try to provide high-quality content, but we do not guarantee that AI-generated or assisted content will always be accurate, error-free, complete, or suitable for every user.
12. Ads and Third-Party Services
The App may display ads or use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, payments, hosting, notifications, or performance monitoring.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Payment or subscription issues handled by app stores
